This isn’t your typical behind-the-desk HR role. You’ll be
wearing a few different hats, jumping in to support our awesome site and
management team, and helping build a workplace where everyone feels like part
of the family.
As HR Manager, you will also be responsible for work on our future projects and sites around London and beyond! Offering excellent opportunities and career growth!
What you'll be up to:
* Hiring
legends for front and back of house (you’ve got an eye for good vibes)
* Getting
new team members settled in and set up for success
* Helping
managers with training, performance chats, and team development
* Sorting
the important stuff—contracts, HR policies, ER issues, payroll etc
* Being
the go-to person when someone needs help, advice, or just a chat
* Keeping
us on track with the essential legal and compliance stuff
* Keeping stakeholders up to date on all things HR
* Working on our future Spa project
What we’re looking for:
* You will have a few years of HR experience within the hospitality industry
* You will have experience working on new openings
* You
know your way around employment law, but you’re not a robot about it
* Super
approachable and people-first—team player energy all the way
* Cool
under pressure, organised, and great at getting things done
* A
sense of humour, a positive attitude, and a love for good food!
