This is your opportunity to create and lead a full-spectrum sales strategy across corporate events, luxury weddings, and accommodation, working alongside a visionary team and shaping a brand set for national recognition.
As Head of Sales – Corporate, Weddings & Business Development, you’ll own the commercial strategy across key verticals: corporate hospitality, luxury weddings, and premium events. You will build, lead, and grow our sales function from the ground up—driving revenue, brand reputation, and long-term growth.
Strategic Sales Leadership
•Design and implement the multi-channel sales strategy across corporate, weddings, and accommodation.
•Define pricing models, customer journey touch points, conversion strategies, and sales forecasts across all key segments.
•Establish Salt House as a leading destination for executive events, luxury weddings, and private stays.
Corporate Sales & Business Development
•Drive strategic partnerships with event planners, EAs, business networks, concierge services, and luxury brands.
•Develop corporate hospitality packages including offsite meetings, retreats, networking events, and private dining.
Secure bookings from premium clients through strategic marketing, industry relationships, and bridal networks.
•Develop high-end wedding packages that align with the Salt House brand, ensuring seamless integration with F&B, accommodation, and event planning teams.
Accommodation & Room Sales
•Drive room occupancy through strategic B2B partnerships, brand collaborations, and direct booking incentives.
•Position Salt House as a weekend retreat and midweek corporate escape, aligning wellness, events, and luxury accommodation offerings.
•Work with marketing to develop dynamic pricing, exclusive offers, and seasonal campaigns that support revenue goals.
Commercial Growth & Collaboration
•Collaborate with marketing to launch integrated campaigns across weddings, corporate, and leisure markets.
•Host showcase events to bring prospective clients and partners into the Salt House experience.
•Use CRM systems and data insights to refine approach, track success, and report regularly to leadership.
A senior commercial leader with demonstrable experience across corporate sales, high-end weddings, hospitality, or luxury travel/accommodation.
•Proven success in building sales functions from scratch and driving measurable revenue growth.
•Strong networks across corporate, lifestyle, event planning, and HNW audiences.
•A confident dealmaker with experience in securing large-scale bookings, long-term partnerships, and strategic alliances.
