Office Manager (Belfast Office)
An opportunity exists for an experienced Office Manager in our Belfast Office.
Accountabilities
* Office Management.
* PA Services to Belfast Director.
* Preparation of tenders and related documentation.
* Office Health and Safety and Quality Systems.
* HR admin and support.
* Admin support to Engineers.
Experience and Qualifications
* 3+ years experience in Office Management inc tender preparation.
* A qualification in Business Administration/ Quality Systems or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general aptitude for I.T.
* Experience of ISO 9000 or similar systems.
* Good communication skills.
* A 'can do', customer focused approach.
