Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Pershore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored training solutions. The role involves proactive outreach to potential clients, client meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying informed about market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in relationship building, customer engagement, and account management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client prospecting and sales presentations
* Ability to manage multiple clients and effectively prioritise tasks
* Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
* Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is advantageous
* Previous sales experience, especially in the training or education sector, is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to company goals
* A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to client locations
