A fast-growing technology organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical roles. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
* Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques
* Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume and specialist roles
* Drive inclusive hiring practices and support DEI initiatives
* Enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience
* Support employer brand through events and campaigns
* Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet hiring goals
Requirements:
* 5+ years' full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the tech sector (in-house or agency)
* Expertise in sourcing and talent research across digital platforms
* Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Strong interviewing and assessment skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
