What will you be doing?
As a Qualification Developer, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
* To support and contribute to the development, review and maintenance of new and existing regulated qualifications and assessments, end-point assessments for apprenticeships and other products.
* To support the launch of new products and to communicate amendments about existing products. Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
* Compile qualification specifications, end point assessment documentation using the current templates.
* Prepare launch documents and liaise with the marketing team to market new products.
* Review and approve endorsed programmes in line with NOCN procedures, provide feedback as required to the submitting centres and liaise with Product Development Manager to ensure the programmes are available for registration.
* Monitor risks associated with developments and escalate issues to your Product Development Manager.
About you...
The successful candidate will need to meet the following 'must have' criteria:
* Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy.
* Educated at a Level 3 or above
* Commitment to continuing professional development.
* Experience of working in education or related discipline.
* Experience of supporting in a project team.
* Experience of planning and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of different vocational and technical sector qualifications including levels and content.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
