This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled facilities professional to play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed learning environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnsure the buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard.\nAct as the designated 'competent person' for health and safety, ensuring full compliance with legislation and best practice.\nSupervise site operatives and cleaning staff, supporting their training and performance.\nManage site security and emergency procedures.\nLiaise with the Principal, teaching staff, and external contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.\nBe available for emergency situations outside of normal working hours. \n\nEssential Skills & Qualifications\n\nProven experience in facilities management, with supervisory or line management responsibilities.\nStrong working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and mechanical/electrical systems.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organisational and time management abilities.\nA trade skill (e.g.
