Job Title - Labourer
Pay: £14 - £16ph
Location: Usk, NP15
Start Date: Immediate
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30
Contract: Ongoing, with temp-to-perm opportunities
JDR Recruitment are currently looking for reliable and hard-working Labourers to join our client's team based in Usk, NP15. This is a great opportunity for long-term work with the potential to go permanent.
The Role:
As a Labourer, you'll be supporting skilled tradespeople on-site and in the workshop. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with loading and unloading materials
* General site and workshop cleaning and maintenance
* Moving tools and equipment
* Basic use of hand and power tools (if experienced)
* Supporting the fabrication and welding team
* Following health & safety guidelines at all times.
* This role can be physically demanding and will require good manual handling experience.

1. Has previous experience in a labouring or construction environment (preferred)

3. Can follow instructions and work safely on-site
