We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Washroom Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a proactive salesprofessional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored washroom solutions to a diverse client base.
As a Washroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of washroom products, services, and consumables, playing a key role in driving business growth and long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across sectors including commercial offices, hospitality, healthcare, education, and public facilities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attendance at industry events
Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations, clearly highlighting features and benefits
Understand customer requirements and recommend bespoke washroom solutions
Prepare, present, and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and tenders
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on prospects to maximise conversion
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Work collaboratively with internal teams including operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within washroom solutions, hygiene products, facilities management, or a related industry
Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Full, valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
Contract & Benefits
Full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week
