We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our People Team in a fast-paced and high-performance environment. Working closely with the wider HR Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient, professional and accurate HR administration service across the business. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a professional and responsive service to employees and managers. Coordinate onboarding activities including preparing starter packs, induction materials, reference requests and employee documentation. Conduct Right to Work checks in line with company processes and escalate any issues appropriately. Process DBS applications, track progress and maintain accurate records of outcomes. Maintain and update employee records across HR systems including HiBob, Pinpoint, IFS and Occupational Health platforms. Support payroll administration by ensuring employee data is accurate and submitted within required deadlines. Manage the HR shared inbox, responding to employee queries and escalating complex matters where necessary. Draft standard HR correspondence including employment confirmations and contractual documentation. Support employee engagement initiatives such as long-service awards, maternity gifts and wider People Team activities. Ensure all HR administration is completed accurately, confidentially and in line with GDPR and company policies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR or a fast-paced office environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Professional, approachable and confident communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems. A collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
