Freelance Site Manager – Student Accommodation Project Project Duration: Approx. 13 Weeks (Demolition Phase) We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the demolition phase of a large-scale student accommodation development in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile £20m project. The Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of the demolition phase, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain site safety and quality standards throughout.
