Responsibilities
* Producing varied, tasty menus for our residents, while considering individual dietary requirements.
* Providing special diets where necessary.
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including cleaning and washing up after meals.
* Preparing and serving meals.
* Guiding and coaching the kitchen team.
* Stock control, stock replenishing and ordering.
* Managing Food Health and Safety requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and kept up to date.
To be considered for this role you will need experience working as a Cook, with the ability to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements. You should hold all relevant qualifications and Food Hygiene Certificates, and be aware of the relevant regulations.
