Salary & Commission
Basic salary: £22,000 per annum with the opportunity to earn significant commission that can exceed £45,000 on target.
Working Hours & Schedule
40‑hour work week (five 8‑hour shifts), including key Saturday shifts. You will have a guaranteed day off during the week and Sundays off.
Role Overview
You will represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, guiding customers through a seamless car buying experience from first contact to final handshake and organising the end‑to‑end journey.
Responsibilities
* Lead customers through the entire sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Utilise product knowledge and dealership tools to recommend suitable vehicles.
* Follow up with prospects and manage after‑sales relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Full UK driver’s licence (manual and automatic).
