We invest significantly in providing our people with the best service and support. This newly designed role is pivotal in integrating an internal Payroll function and enhancing our HR capabilities.
Your new role
Working in a growing HR team, you'll fulfil a role in supporting this organisation's in-house payroll and HR functions, including taking part in the new systems implementation the organisation is undergoing.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Payroll Management where you'll be taking charge of thispany's monthly end-to-end payroll of up to 200 people
2. Support new hire rmendations, prepare job descriptions, update careers page, brief agencies weekly, manage and record all iing CVs etc.
3. Coordinate pre-employment screening, prepare wee emails, support the induction programme
4. Administer Group benefit plans, support data for annual renewals, organise member presentations and support enquiries.
5. Payroll & HR standardised reporting

6. Proven experience in end-to-end UK Payroll Experience.
7. Analytical skills
8. Proficiency in Payroll/HR systems
