Responsibilities
* Handle the effective daily operation and the full spectrum of the Human Resource functions.
* Responsible for full cycle of talent recruitment process from advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, conducting interviews, offering, to on-boarding.
* Administer employee information and data from start of employment through changes due to transfers, promotions, salary changes, until termination of service with the hotel.
* Promote employer branding through social media promotion and multimedia contents.
* Promote and coordinate employee health and engagement activities through events like workshops, sports and other staff gatherings.
* Prepare regular HR statistics and reports, conduct ad-hoc analysis and other management information.
Requirements
* Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management or related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources in the hotel industry.
* Well-versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations.
* Self-motivated, detail-minded and with a can-do attitude.
* Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
* Excellent computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
* Proficiency in HRIS.
