Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Supervisor/Site Manager based at one of our clients in Stockport. The Supervisor/Site Manager will oversee daily site operations to ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning and support services. Responsibilities include managing and supervising staff, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and ensuring all tasks are completed to company and client expectations. Additionally, the role involves conducting site inspections and promptly addressing any operational issues.
Qualifications (preferred but not essential)
* Team management, staff supervision, and ability to delegate tasks effectively
* Knowledge of cleaning operations, service delivery, and quality assurance
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to dynamic site requirements
This role will be from 3:30pm Monday to Friday for 3 hours | £15-£16 per hour dependent on experience
