What you’ll be doing:
* Managing inbound enquiries from German-speaking B2B clients.
* Supporting the wider sales team with account management and order administration.
* Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Attending trade shows and events to support client engagement and brand promotion.
* Building lasting relationships with key international accounts.
What we’re looking for:
* Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* An analytical and customer-focused mindset — not a hard-sell approach.
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management is ideal (but not essential for graduates).
* Confident using MS Office and CRM systems.
