Role
Title: Mid Level Frontend Developer
Salary: Up to £65,000 P/A
Location: Bristol - Hybrid (2 days on site)
What You’ll Do
* Design, develop, and deliver high-quality frontend solutions.
* Contribute to technical designs and innovative solutions.
* Troubleshoot operational and integration issues.
* Champion best practices, agile principles, and component reusability.
* Develop with JavaScript, React, Azure Cloud, and Kubernetes.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies, ensuring tools are fit for purpose.
* Collaborate with the business to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
* Provide accurate delivery estimates and challenge existing assumptions where needed.
* Manage and prioritise technical debt effectively.
What You’ll Need
* Strong expertise in JavaScript and React.
* Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Kubernetes.
* Proficiency in industry-standard engineering practices (event-driven design, service-to-service communication, Redux pattern, reusable components).
* Solid understanding of the software engineering lifecycle and agile methodologies.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across multiple projects.
