Job Purpose:
This role will support the development of a high-performance culture and employee experience through Total Reward, this hybrid role this role will lead on Reward initiatives and projects across ODEON Cinemas Group and in the UK & Ireland.
Please note that this position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities:
* Implement clear, comprehensive and aligned pan-regional remuneration policies, practices and procedures, ensuring they are understood by all stakeholders and communicated to each key audience
* Support the Group and UKI Head of Reward with the OCG implementation of the EU Pay Transparency directive
* Lead benefits management in the UK & Ireland, ensuring they support a performance-based culture, are compliant and cost-effective, through proactive management of brokers and suppliers
* Line management responsibility of the Reward Partner (UK & Ireland), being an escalation point for complex matters such as statutory legislation, employee remuneration, tax and benefits matters.
* Lead cyclical Willis Towers Watson Compensation benefits and policy submission for OCG
* Provide market data and salary recommendations for ongoing people processes to enable consistent and appropriate reward decisions
* Lead the Reward workstream for a replacement Reward Platform in the UK & Ireland
* Lead pensions administration and governance for UK & Ireland, including delivery of Auto Enrolment in Ireland
* Lead the UK & Ireland Reward communications strategy, partnering with comms & engagement team
* Lead the UK & Ireland Reward workstream of annual pay review and AIP
* Lead continuous improvements, identifying and implementing best practices and optimising systems.
Key Skills:
* Prior experience gained within a multi-national business within the reward domain
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage cross-functionally and across Europe on people reward needs
* Good attention to detail and the ability to turn detailed information into functional analysis to support strategic decisions
* High level of planning, project management and organisation skills
* Ability to clearly express ideas and to work effectively with partners
* Analytical mindset
* Reward technical skills are essential – compensation, benefits and broker management
