We are looking for a hardworking Steel Workshop Labourer / Trade Labourer to join our busy steel fabrication workshop in Feltham. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and experience working in a hands-on workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing metal materials for fabrication and finishing
Hand scraping and manual preparation of steel components
Assisting tradespeople within the workshop as required
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following instructions accurately and working to deadlines
Requirements:
Previous experience in a workshop or trade labourer role preferred
Good eye for detail and ability to spot imperfections
Strong English communication skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude
