Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (plus possible overtime)

What You'll Do:
1. Escort visitors and subcontractors around the site
2. Make sure subcontractors follow safety rules at all times
3. Support engineers with general tasks
4. Do small maintenance jobs (like filter changes or equipment cleaning)
5. Help with basic painting and decorating
6. Move materials using a forklift (if trained)
7. Carry out other general handyperson tasks
8. Plantroom house keeping
9. Assisting project teams
What We're Looking For:
10. Reliable and hands-on person
11. Good at talking to people and working as part of a team
12. Can manage your own time and stay organised
13. Willing to learn and help where needed
14. Comfortable with physical, practical work
Must-Haves:
15. Full UK driving licence
16. Able to pass security checks
17. Basic maintenance knowledge or similar experience
18. Right to work in the UK
It's a Bonus If You Have:
19. A forklift licence or experience using one
20. Painting and decorating skills
21. Health & Safety knowledge
22. Any past experience/skills in electrical, mechanical or joinery
