An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive on a brand-new residential development in Reydon, Suffolk. You\'ll be the first point of contact for buyers, guiding them from initial enquiry through to completion and key handover.
This role combines strong sales ability with exceptional customer service, offering the chance to work within a high-performing team and a well-established, quality-driven environment.
The Role
* Meet and exceed reservation, exchange, and completion targets
* Qualify applicants, manage enquiries, and drive the full sales journey
* Handle reservations, contracts, and AML compliance
* Recommend mortgage brokers and solicitors to support progression
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems (e.g. Sales Seek / YourKeys)
* Conduct home demonstrations and key handovers
* Liaise with site and construction teams to ensure smooth completions
* Support launches, events, and on-site marketing activity
About You
* Experience in new homes sales or residential estate agency (essential)
* Strong understanding of the buying process, including mortgages and conveyancing
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused
* Highly organised and able to work independently on site
* Comfortable using CRM systems and managing accurate data
* Committed to delivering an outstanding, five-star customer experience
The Package
* Up to £36,000 basic salary
* OTE circa £50,000 via a competitive incentive scheme
