About the Role
* Start Date: Immediate.
* Contract: Part-time (3 days per week), maternity cover (1 year).
* Support the Headteacher with staff relations, absence management, and payroll coordination.
* Maintain the school’s SCR and ensure all safeguarding requirements are meticulously met.

Requirements

Salary and Benefits Salary offered: £45,000 – £50,000 FTE (Pro-rata), with negotiation available for candidates with senior-level school HR experience.
