About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of People & Culture to join a fast-growing SME. This is a strategic and hands-on position where you’ll lead the people agenda and shape the culture within a dynamic, purpose-driven business. You’ll report to the senior leadership team and have autonomy to design frameworks, strengthen manager capability, and influence how the organisation grows and works together.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee people strategy, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, succession planning, and development initiatives.
2. Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing clear, pragmatic advice on hiring, performance, wellbeing, and exits.
3. Design and embed effective people frameworks, including performance reviews, probation processes, and feedback tools.
