.Net/C# Backend Developer - Defence Sector
Location: remote - Adhoc travel to client site

Day Rate: £400 - £425/day
Clearance Required: SC Cleared
We are currently seeking a highly skilled
Backend Developer
with active
SC Clearance
to support secure and mission-critical projects within the
Defence sector. This is a
fully remote
contract opportunity, operating
outside IR35, with occasional travel required for key meetings or project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in back end development using
.Net or C#, and a solid understanding of
Microsoft Azure
cloud services. Familiarity with Site Core
CMS
is essential, and prior experience working within Defence or other secure environments will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain back end systems using .Net/C#
Integrate and manage Site Core CMS components
Deploy and manage applications within Azure environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
Ensure compliance with Defence sector standards and security protocols
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in
.Net
or
C#
development
Hands-on experience with Site Core (or 'Site Core') CMS
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Azure
Active SC Clearance
(or demonstrable eligibility)
Proven background in
Defence-related projects or secure environments
