Overview
Seeking a Senior Java Developer (10+ years) with strong experience in building scalable web applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and JEE technologies, combined with solid front-end skills in JavaScript and React. You’ll work in Agile teams, contribute to client-facing solutions, and ensure accessibility best practices.

Core (Essential)
* Java 8/7, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs
* JEE stack: JSF, JPA, JSP, Servlets, JDBC
* Front-end: JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
* XML technologies (DOM, SAX, XSLT)
* Accessibility tools: NVDA, WAVE, Accessibility Insights

* IntelliJ IDEA
* Jenkins, Maven, JIRA

Leadership & Delivery
* Experience leading or mentoring developers
* Strong Agile (SCRUM) experience
