Main purpose of role: To support the business with a primary focus on Colleague Relations & Wellbeing, Acquisitions and Reporting within a fast growing business. Hours: Monday-Friday Location: Teddington, TW11, Greater London Salary: £45,000-£65,000 DOE OFFICE BASED ONLY, NO HYBRID OR REMOTE WORKING Key responsibilities: ● Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee (colleague) relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management. ● Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business. ● Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process. ● Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable. ● Reporting – monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business. ● Contribute to implementation of new HRIS. ● Implement new colleague benefits platform. ● Drafting people policies and updating Colleague Handbook. ● Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals. ● Sickness and absence management. ● Maternity management. ● Advice and notetaking for colleague relations meetings. ● Support the team as and when needed. Requirements: CIPD qualified or significant on-the-job experience. Previous experience in HR team at Senior Advisor level or above. Multi-site/fast paced environment. Up to date knowledge of employment law. Happy to travel around Greater London as required. Skills: Highly confidential and empathetic. Excellent Excel and HRIS skills. Numerate. Impeccable attention to detail. Flexible and happy to assist greater team.
