🧑💼 The Role
As an Inbound Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing all inbound enquiries and converting interest into sales.
Key responsibilities include:
10. 📞 Handling inbound calls and online enquiries
11. 🧠 Understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
12. 🧾 Preparing quotes and closing sales
13. 🔄 Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell
14. 🌍 Selling to customers across the UK and internationally
Working pattern:
15. 🕣 8:30am - 5:30pm
16. 🏢 Office‑based 2 days per week (Wednesday mandatory)
17. 🏠 Work from home 3 days per week
