This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business that delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Based in Cambridge, you will take the lead on schemes from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery, client satisfaction, and programme control.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all phases of project delivery from planning through to handover
* Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Drive health & safety compliance and quality standards
* Support reporting, procurement, and programme management tasks
Requirements
* Proven experience managing construction projects in the UK
* Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial schemes
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
