Site Manager - Reading - Commercial New Build
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Pension
Location: Hampshire / Surrey / Berkshire
We are partnering with a respected Hampshire-based main contractor who, due to sustained growth and an £8 million+ commercial new build starting near Reading in the next couple of months, are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager as soon as possible.
This Site Manager - Reading opportunity will see you working on a high-quality new build commercial scheme, reporting directly into a site-based Project Manager. With a clear long-term development plan in place, the successful Site Manager will be positioned for progression into a more senior role over the next few years.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Project Manager with day-to-day site operations
2. Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, and programme delivery
3. Ensure high standards of health & safety compliance
