Responsibilities
* You will join the kitchen brigade.
* You enjoy preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, making sure all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free.
* You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
