Zest4Talent is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing decarbonisation consultancy that works at the forefront of sustainability within the built environment and construction sector .
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and developing opportunities within technical construction-led environments .
The Role
This is a proactive, outward-facing business development role where you'll be instrumental in driving new business across the construction and property sectors. You'll be engaging with:
* Architects
* Housebuilders & developers
* Construction companies
* Property and real-estate stakeholders
You'll be introducing consultancy services focused on decarbonisation, energy performance, and Net Zero strategy, working closely with technical specialists to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with individuals who:
* Have proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within construction, engineering, sustainability, or other technical environments
* Are confident opening doors, generating leads, and developing new client relationships
* Enjoy working in a growth-focused, entrepreneurial business
* Are self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
* Are comfortable liaising with technically minded professionals and decision-makers
* Can commute to Milton Keynes for part of the working week (hybrid working)
