Job Introduction:
We are seeking a talented and professional Sales Executive to play a key part in the continued growth of our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Dealership in Droitwich. This is an exciting opportunity to enter commercial sales, selling one of the world's most exciting brands.
Your working hours are from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, which is a rarity in the motor trade.
Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000. The successful candidate will have guaranteed bonus earnings for the first 3 months to support you as you settle in.
This role would ideally suit someone with previous automotive sales experience, but we also welcome successful salespeople with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets. We offer extensive training and support to help you reach your potential and progress into management in the future.
The role and responsibilities include:
1. Customer Satisfaction (CSI): Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customer expectations to provide an industry-leading buying experience.
2. Maximising Opportunities: Prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and internet leads to develop customer relationships through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
3. Maximising Profit: Following the sales process and achieving KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, and add-on products.
4. Data Quality: Accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.
What we're looking for:
1. A well-presented individual with the desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
2. Confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent.
3. The ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
4. A valid UK driver’s license.
5. Motor trade or automotive experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
