Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and dynamic Hotel Golf Manager, to join its client, an established Hotel in the Kingsbridge area.
As a Hotel Golf Manager, you will be a passionate and driven golf professional, ideally with a background in the Hotel sector. Acting as the face of the golf service within the Hotel setting, you will be the driving force behind the success of our golf operation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience for both guest and club members. Working within a hands-on leadership role, you will be a results focused individual and a natural ability to both lead and inspire other team members.
Hotel Golf Manager responsibilities to include;
7. Overseeing all day-to-day golf operations, including tee time management, pro shop and equipment hire/sales.
8. Recruit, train and manage a high performing team of golf professionals, instructors and operational staff.
9. Ensure every guest and member receives an exceptional and personalised service, reflecting the Hotels brand standards.
10. Developing and managing the annual budget, driving revenue growth, controlling costs and analysing financial performance.
11. Planning, marketing and executing successful golf tournaments, corporate outings and social events.
