Ready to take the next step in your sales career? At NJ Screen Prints we are looking for a driven Sales Executive with apparel/fashion experience to join our team and help grow our presence across key retail customers.
This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where you’ll build strong relationships, spot opportunities, and deliver results. You’ll be working with major fashion retail accounts, promoting both speed-to-market garment printing solutions and licensed merchandise through our partnership with Bioworld International Ltd.
What you’ll be doing:
* Driving sales growth with existing and new customers
* Building strong relationships with Buyers and key stakeholders
* Identifying and developing opportunities across product categories
* Managing product, pricing, and margins to hit targets
* Spotting trends and feeding back market insights
* Negotiating with internal teams to deliver the best solutions
* Representing the business in customer meetings and presentations
* Keeping on top of admin (orders, critical paths, etc.)
What you’ll bring:
* 2+ years’ B2B sales experience in apparel/fashion (essential)
* Strong connections within high street retail or supermarkets
* A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
* Confidence communicating and influencing at all levels
* Commercial awareness and a strong customer focus
* Ability to work with designers and manage briefs
* A creative, trend-aware mindset
* Good numerical and data analysis skills
* Solid Microsoft Office skills
* Full driving licence
