Are you an experienced customer services professional ready to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our clients team in the Wigan area.
About the Role
As Customer Services Manager, you’ll:

Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction by an efficient management of customer expectations through leading the team and co-ordinating with all departments.

Oversee day-to-day operations, processes and workflows to handle high volumes efficiently.
*
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
*
Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
*
Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
*
Promote web-based ordering by customers.
*
Attend meetings with the sales representatives.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in customer service management, ideally in a manufacturing or similarly busy environment.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.
*
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
*
Confidence working under pressure and adapting quickly to change.
