We manufacture and fulfil everything in-house from our high-volume production facility in Warrington, delivering chef-crafted meals with outstanding quality and consistency.
As we continue to scale, we are recruiting a confident, people-focused HR Manager to support our teams, strengthen our culture, and help build the structure required for our next stage of expansion.
The Role :
This is a hands-on HR Manager position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will work across production, fulfilment, logistics and office teams, supporting managers, guiding people processes, and ensuring our culture of support, communication and progression remains strong.
You will balance day-to-day HR operations with workforce planning, recruitment, compliance support and team development.
Responsibilities:
* Support rota planning and workforce allocation across production and fulfilment
* Lead recruitment and onboarding for factory, logistics and office roles
* Build strong relationships across all teams and shifts
* Provide guidance to managers on ER, performance, training and people development
* Maintain HR documentation, right-to-work checks and training logs
* Support compliance with HACCP, hygiene, PPE and H&S requirements
* Contribute to a culture of support, communication and progression
* Assist with audit readiness where required

What we are looking for:
Essential:
* HR experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a compliance-driven production environment
* Strong ER capability and experience advising operational managers
* Confident working on the production floor as well as operating professionally in HR
* Organised, approachable and proactive
* Able to support workforce planning, recruitment and engagement
Desirable:
* CIPD Level 5 or above (not essential)
* Experience in fast-growth or scale-up environments
* Knowledge of HACCP, H&S or EHO audit processes
