Salary up to £75,000
What You’ll Do as IT Service Manager
* Manage relationships with multiple software suppliers, acting as the first point of escalation for all IT issues.
* Oversee service delivery including help‑desk setups, new‑starter onboarding, and application support.
* Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance while supporting partners with technology integrations.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an IT Service Manager, working in an MSP environment or managing multiple IT suppliers.
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and managing complex applications.
* Knowledge_UserExperience" of IT service management, security, compliance frameworks and a track record of driving process improvements.
