We’re partnering with an international sustainability technology company that has already delivered thousands of installations across government bodies, global corporates, healthcare providers and hospitality groups. Their solution helps organisations eliminate single-use waste while maintaining safety, cleanliness and convenience.
With the UK market now opening, they’re building their first commercial team, and this is your opportunity to help shape adoption from day one.
The Opportunity
As one of the first sales hires, you’ll sit at the heart of the UK growth engine, driving early pipeline, nurturing inbound demand and opening high-value B2B conversations across facilities, workplace, hospitality and corporate environments.
What you’ll be doing:
* Following up on warm inbound leads from Marketing and strategic partners
* Running targeted outbound outreach via calls and email
* Qualifying prospects, uncovering pain points and booking meetings for the Sales Manager
* Positioning the solution as the new standard for workplace sustainability and hygiene
* Owning and delivering against monthly sales targets
* Maintaining clean, accurate pipeline visibility within the CRM
* Supporting referrals, renewals and outstanding customer experience to build early momentum
This is a role with real autonomy, where your activity, ideas and consistency will directly influence the success of the UK launch and long-term market presence.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Customer-facing experience - sales or telesales a major plus
✅ Confident communicator with strong phone presence
✅ Organised, self-driven and motivated by clear targets
✅ Thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments
✅ Passion for sustainability and enthusiasm to learn a disruptive B2B product
Nice-to-Haves
⭐ B2B experience with office, facilities or hospitality buyers
