Overview
Legal PA – Developer role at Foot Anstey.
Locations: Southampton or Bristol. Working pattern: Full-time.
We are in a period of exclusive direct sourcing for this role and are not currently accepting applications from recruitment agencies.
What you’ll do
* Prepare and format legal documents including contracts, option agreements, title reports and land transfer forms.
* Assist with due diligence checks on potential sites, e.g. reviewing title deeds, land registry documents, searches.
* Maintain and update site plans, plot schedules and development progress trackers.
* Liaise with surveyors, planning consultants and local authorities for required documents and approvals.
* Draft, amend and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
* Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
* Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
* Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
* Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
