Job Description
* Develop and implement robust safeguarding policies and procedures
* Provide training to staff on safeguarding issues and procedures
* Ensure compliance with all safeguarding legislation and guidelines
* Handle any safeguarding incidents in accordance with company policies
* Liaise with external agencies regarding safeguarding matters
* Regularly review and update safeguarding policies
* Create a culture of safety and welfare throughout the company
* Report regularly to senior management on safeguarding issues
The Successful Applicant
A successful Safeguarding Manager should have:
* An in-depth understanding of safeguarding legislation and guidelines
* Proven experience in managing safeguarding in a related industry
* Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
* The ability to provide training and promote awareness on safeguarding issues
* Experience in handling safeguarding incidents
