With Christmas around the corner, we’re turning up the festive volume and looking for a Senior Sales Executive who’s ready to jump in, drive seasonal bookings, and make every party unforgettable.
This isn’t a role for rookies. We want someone sharp, commercial, and fearless when it comes to closing deals. Quick on your feet, confident on the phone, and never missing a chance to upsell – you’ll be the magic behind the biggest celebrations of the year.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning & converting Christmas party and event enquiries
* Turning “thinking about it” into “booked it” with speed and style
* Building client relationships that last beyond December
* Upselling festive drinks packages, party add-ons & entertainment
* Smashing seasonal sales targets with the team
* Flying the flag for Nightcap – bringing our late-night energy to every conversation
What we’re looking for
* A proven sales experience
* Hospitality Experience
* Someone who thrives in the buzz of high-volume festive sales
* Confident, resilient & unapologetically target-driven
* Organised enough to juggle a full inbox while keeping clients feeling special
* Passionate about nightlife, cocktails, and parties that don’t stop at midnight
