Professional Construction Recruitment Ltd (PCR) – a leading provider of construction recruitment across the UK – is looking for an experienced Site Manager (SMSTS) with up-to-date First Aid certification for a series of school refurbishment and maintenance projects across Kent during the 2025 summer holiday period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage fast-paced, short-duration projects in a live school environment (out of term time), ensuring safety, quality, and delivery on schedule.
✅ Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS certificate
* In-date First Aid qualification
* Proven experience managing school refurb/maintenance projects (or similar)
* Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate works to tight deadlines
* Must be reliable, organised, and confident in running sites independently
* Enhanced DBS is a bonus (or willing to obtain one)
💼 Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations and ensure H&S compliance
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage timelines
* Report progress and liaise with clients and PCR regularly
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation

Projects will be based at multiple school sites across Kent – applicants must be flexible with travel
