We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a proven background in delivering high-quality new build, residential and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.
You will lead site teams to deliver schemes to exceptional standards of quality, safety and programme performance, and drive day-to-day delivery from mobilization through to completion.
About the Role
Manage on-site construction activities across residential and refurbishment projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives to maintain programme and quality
Ensure compliance with H&S standards and project specifications
Chair site meetings and provide regular updates to the senior team Candidate Requirements
Strong site management experience on residential new-build and refurbishment programmes
Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills
Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to budget Benefits
