Responsibilities
* Arrange interviews, manage central communications, and assist with general HR tasks such as document creation, filing, notetaking, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Gain exposure to all HR functions with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications
* Proven Administration experience, ideally in an HR role, within a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
* Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
* Strong interpersonal skills, always presenting a professional image.
* An excellent team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Trusted with confidential information, handling sensitive situations with care, discretion, and professionalism.
* Adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient, ready to embrace new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
