A category-leading food manufacturer are looking for a strong, factory-facing Quality Manager to drive standards, performance and culture on site ensuring finished products are safe, compliant and consistently right first time. There is state-of-art facilities at site, giving you a chance to work with equipment that can be found nowhere else in the country.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the site Laboratory team and day-to-day laboratory operations
* Deputise for the Site Technical Manager as required
* Own site performance across key quality metrics
* Ensure full compliance with BRC and customer factory-facing requirements through effective controls, coaching and mentoring
* Drive HACCP, VACCP and TACCP adherence, validation and corrective actions
* Investigate customer and supplier complaints using robust root cause analysis
* Analyse and present quality data to enable timely, effective decision-making
* Lead site-wide GMP performance and audit readiness
* Support internal, external and customer audits and close out non-conformances
* Champion a strong Quality culture across all levels of the site
* Support NPD/EPD projects, ensuring technical and compliance requirements are met
* Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives through site programmes
