Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Sandhurst. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, matching them with suitable vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process. Other responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing and maintaining customer relationships, assisting with financing options, and staying informed about the latest products, services, and promotional offers. This position requires a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction.

* Proven communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
* Sales experience with a focus on customer service and achieving targets
* Knowledge of the automotive industry and familiarity with vehicle features and financing options
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
* Full UK driving license is essential
* Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
* Demonstrated motivation, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning
