The role will include:-
•Accurate and timely matching of supplier invoices and processing payment.
•Accurate & timely processing & invoicing of customer invoices & credit notes.
•Accept, check, process and record phone payments.
•Process daily bank and cash reconciliation.
•Ensure Accurate records are maintained regarding accounts, suppliers & customers.
•Accurate reconciliation of supplier statements monthly and liaison with relevant parties to resolve issues & anomalies.
•Relevant financial and accounting processes are adhered to and suggestions to improve these are made.
•Effective filing and management of documentation and information
•Work within GDPR guidelines.
•Support of and relevant cover for colleagues as required.
•Effective communication with all employee and external contacts as required.
•All company policy is complied with and supported.
•The role will involve supporting both the sales ledger and accounts functions with cross over to customer services to support busy business periods.
•Accept, process and update customer orders in line with company policy where necessary.
•Any other duties are conducted as appropriate.
