With a focus on bold flavours, premium quality, and sustainability, were looking for a driven, self motivated and charismatic sales professional to join our team and help bring Wavey Ice to even more customers in the UK and across the globe. The Role As our Sales Representative, you will be the face of Wavey Ice, and be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that increase distribution, visibility and sales performance of our products. You will engage with key stakeholders across pubs, bars, restaurants, retailers and independent outlets to grow market share and strengthen brand loyalty. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and a passion for connecting with new markets. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and significantly grow brand presence with assigned sales territories. Manage existing accounts with regular contact, ensuring product availability, visibility and promotional execution. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with on-trade and off-trade customers. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to the MD. Represent Wavey Ice at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Work closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives. What Were Looking For Experience : Proven track record in sales, ideally in the FMCG, beverage, or hospitality sectors. Experience in the RTD or alcoholic beverages market is a plus. Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Passion : Enthusiasm for innovative products and a keen interest in the RTD alcoholic beverage market. Flexibility : Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse cultural and business environments. Data Literacy : Ability to interpret sales reports and market insights to guide decisions. Proactivity : Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for growth. UK Driving licence Desirable criteria Existing trade network is advantageous.
