Project - Multi Phase RC Frame Housing Scheme
I am currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a multi-phase RC Frame residential Development in Wembley, North West London.
This is an excellent opportunity to take leading role (under a Project Manager) managing site operations from structural works through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 3-4 years experience with the same Company (demonstrating stability & Progression)
* Strong background delivering RC Frame Developments
* Experience managing multi-phase housing schemes
* Excellent knowledge on H & S legislation and site compliance
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Valid SMSTS and first aid
* MCIOB or working towards this
